The Posh Duck ships items within 1 to 15 business days, depending on the item's location, with tracking numbers provided after shipment. Standard shipping is typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days, excluding custom or handmade pieces. For domestic orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 is charged, with express shipping available for $28.00.

Shipping Details:

Fulfillment Time: Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard Shipping: Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

Delivery: Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, with most zip codes receiving their packages within 3 business days.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided on the day of shipment, and it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update, according to The BRAND Label.

Responsibility: If the customer uses their own shipping label, the risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier. If The Posh Duck handles the shipping, the risk remains with them until delivery.

Delays: The Posh Duck is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the courier or weather.
