We will keep items priced UNDER $500 on the floor for 90 days. Items priced OVER $500 will stay for 180 days.

Our pricing is powered by a smart (and stylish) algorithm that keeps things fair on both sides—a great find for shoppers, a great return for consignors

Yes, darling, even designer has a discount day

While we strive to sell your items at full price, they may be discounted up to 20% within the first 30 days (to honor coupons etc) and up to 50% after that. Consignors will not be notified prior to discount.

However, to cover the costs we incur by processing items, any items requested back prior to 60 days will be subject to a fee of $15 per item.

To request any items back, simply log into your online portal and click “withdraw” on the items you’d like to get back.

We use a tiered commission structure based on the price of the item.

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we include a non-compete clause in our consignment agreement.

While your items are listed with The Posh Duck, we kindly ask that you don’t double-list them elsewhere. It helps protect both your sale and our process—so everyone wins.

Of course! We’re happy to provide a copy of your authentication certificate for a $35 fee, which simply covers our cost of working with our trusted third-party service.

We make it easy—and a little bit rewarding. Consignors are paid automatically each month for balances over $100. Payments are processed and ready by the 21st of each month.

Here’s how it works:
CASH: Up to $100/month, available for in-store pickup.

CHECK: Automatically mailed for balances over $100.

Store Credit: Just request it! You’ll receive 10% more when you choose store credit.

Example: Sell $100 in January? You’ll receive your payout in February. Simple, seamless, and stylish—just the way we like it.
